pertaining to the ‘open access’ debate. It includes citations
to over 1300 English language books, conference papers, debates,
editorials, e-prints, journal and magazine articles, technical
reports and other printed material. Where possible, the site
includes links to Internet sites. Authored by Charles W. Bailey,
this bibliography is a 2005 publication of the Association for
Research Libraries.

Initiated in 1997, the organization is an alliance of universities
and research libraries. It serves as a catalyst for action,
helping to create systems that expand information dissemination
and use in a networked digital environment. The site contains
information about the organization, an open access newsletter,
