The Health Science Center Libraries welcome exhibits from all HSC Students, staff, faculty, and other health related groups at the University of Florida. The HSCL and exhibitor agree to the following:

1. The HSCL will maintain reasonable security precautions for any and all material displayed in the exhibit cases, i.e. the cases will be locked. We do not assume the responsibility for loss due to theft or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Exhibitors will install and remove the exhibit on the agreed upon dates. In the event materials are not removed in a timely manner, the HSCL will dismantle the display and notify the exhibitor to pick up the materials. The HSCL will not be held responsible for storage of the dismantled display.
