Associate Director Health Sciences Center Libraries, Gainesville.  – Responsible for all administrative functions at Borland, including personnel management, budget planning and control, development of policies and procedures, planning and develop of computerized systems, collection development, and acquisitions.  Supervises staff of nine, in a 12,500 sq. ft. library.  Serves on upper management team for all UF Health Sciences Libraries.   Serves on Faculty Assembly.
