The Veterinary Medicine Reading Room is located in the College of Veterinary Medicine Building in Room V1-110 (NOTE: For security purposes, the COVM Academic Building is locked on weekends and weekdays after 5:00 PM. Access to the library at these times is through the Small Animal Teaching Hospital)

While the Veterinary Medicine Reading Room does not have a permanent librarian on staff, there is a librarian located at the Health Science Center Library that assists the College of Veterinary Medicine faculty and students. Ellie Bushhousen will do all she can to meet your information needs.

Services

Computer Access
There are 8 public workstations in the main area of the Reading Room. Also, the VMRR houses a computer lab with 24 PC stations. The lab is open to all users during normal business hours except for times when a class is scheduled. View the Computer Classroom. View the Public Terminals.

Photocopying
There a single self-service photocopy machine available to users in the VMRR. Please report any problems to the circulation desk.

Reference
The Circulation staff of the VMRR is available to assist you with general reference questions. For more in-depth questions, please call the Reference Desk at the Health Science Center Libraries, , or contact your Liaison Librarian.
