Displaying Records

• Records are displayed in reverse chronological order
• To view a single citation, click the author name link and this will display that one record in the "Abstract" view
• To view more than one citation, mark the records by placing a checkmark in the box to the left, choose the format you wish to view from the Display pulldown menu (all the marked records will then be shown in your chosen display format)
• To see ALL the citations leave the boxes unchecked and choose the format you wish to view from the Display pulldown menu
